What type of consulting you provide for Industrial Plants?
We provide engineering support at every stage of project like land feasibility assessment, geotechnical investigation, topographic surveying, estimating & costing for proposal preparation, support for tendering & contractor bid-evaluation, detailed engineering, engineering support required if any to construction team, preparing as-built drawings after project completion, issuing stability certificate, liasoning, etc. complete.
So basically, we can work both ways either as an “Owner’s Engineer” or just support on “Detailed Engineering” part of the project as per your requirement.
Do you design industrial sheds and warehouses in MIDC areas?
Yes, Structphil Consultants specializes in complete plant engineering especially in Civil & Structural Engineering.
We design not only sheds & warehouses but do engineering for all type of oil & gas, industrial structures like pipe racks, platforms, equipment / vessel foundations, static / dynamic machine foundations, concrete substation buildings, trenches, pipe supports, technological structures, modular structures, etc.
Do you provide multi-disciplinery engineering services or your expertise remain only in Civil & Structural Engineering?
Although our core expertise is in Civil & Structural Engineering; yes, we do multi-disciplinary engineering also.
Do you provide Stability Certificate / Design Sufficiency Certificate for new plants?
Yes, we are registered licensed structural engineer as well as chartered structural engineer who can issue Stability Certificate or Design Sufficiency Certificate as per prescribed form given in National Building Code of India and / or as per requirement of Maharashtra Factory Rule.
Do you help with PMC and PCMC building approvals?
Yes, these approval services are called as Liasoning Services and at Structphil Consultants we do provide these services in PMC & PCMC areas for residential & commercial buildings / bungalows / homes, etc.
Since we are licensed with Maharashtra Government’s Town Planning Authority holding state level license, we can do liasoning all over Maharashtra for new Industrial plants in MIDC areas.
How do you charge engineering work?
For Industrial Plants:
We work on Lump-Sum basis or Manhour Basis as per the complexity of the project.
However, to be more precise; we charge on Lump-Sum basis if its complete consulting work and on Manhour basis when it’s purely / only detailed engineering work based on firm inputs. This can always be discussed & agreed mutually as per client’s requirement.
For Individual Owners / Developers:
We charge on Area Basis or Lump-Sum Basis depending upon project size & complexity.

Do you design Luxury Bunglow or Home?
Yes, Structphil Consultants specializes in RCC design for residential buildings, bungalows, row houses, homes, commercial buildings.
We also provide architectural planning & design of the same along with 3D rendered model if needed.
Can you do Structural Audit & give Stability Certificate?
Yes, we provide Structural Audit Services for existing / old buildings for which it is mandatory as per government rules that the stability certification is mandatory after certain period of interval like every 3-5 years depending upon type of structure & its location. Please discuss your requirement with us.
Is your RCC design, code compliant?
Yes, all structures, foundations are designed as per Indian / relevant applicable codes, industry standards & also in line with good engineering practices. Code compliant design ensures that your design is safe, stable & optimized and hence will be acceptable by the government, also you are insured as an owner / developer.
Will you visit site during construction is going on?
If we are issuing Stability Certificate / Design Sufficiency Certificate for engineering we have done, then the answer is compulsorily YES.
This is the main reason why including this certification increases little bit the contractual value of engineering.
If our scope of work is just detailed engineering, then site visits are not part of the engineering contract by default. But still we can do it on demand basis if needed, charged at agreed rates.
We are looking for a company which will do construction also. Will you support on this?
Yes, we do construction also.
For industrial projects, generally, we do civil construction & steel fabrication along with engineering as an EPC.
For residential bungalows & houses, we do construction also including finishing activities such as plastering, painting, etc.
