* Pre-feasibility Study of Land:
Developers generally are not aware about the impact of terrain, topography & soil type of the land on to whole project cost; they are going to purchase for the project. Neglecting / ignoring this could become very costlier impacting strongly upon CapEx of the project. Just looking at the land if it is plain / flat is not alone sufficient. Since this phase of inspection is generally before we carry out any soil investigation & topographic survey, it’s better to have an expert’s eye there forecasting the possible issues (related to terrain, topography, soil type, drainage, etc.) that can cost a project severely in terms of not only in cost but also in time required for project execution. Because there can be a big impact on to the Plot Plan / Plot Layout due to this study not carried out in advance.

* Geotechnical Investigation & Recommendations:

* Topographic Survey & Consultancy:
This survey is very much important as balancing cutting-filling of the land & thereby saving overall project cost is possible. This activity needs to be carried out keeping in mid the impact on construction of foundation based on type of foundations recommended in Geotechnical Investigation Report. * Stability Certification / Structural Design Sufficiency Certification:
As a registered chartered engineer, we can issue a Stability Certificate / Structural Design Sufficiency Certificate to the client after engineering is completed. This certificate is mandatory for getting Building Completion Certificate & Occupancy Certificate from local governing body / authority like Municipal Corporation / MIDC, etc. Most of the engineering companies only limit their responsibility till engineering & deliverables. However, we can support you on to this.

* Liasoning in Municipal Corporations & MIDC Areas:
Yes, we also do liasoning if required by the client. Liasoning is the process of applying to local governing body for getting building permission, construction permission & various other permissions (like plinth completion certificate, building completion certificate) till occupancy certificate. The documents which need to be submitted are required to be in specific format & need to be uploaded through specific software & login credentials available only to the engineer registered with the governing body, like us.
